Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program website (the "Site"), including all content, features, and functionality offered on or through the Site. These Terms are entered into between you and the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Who We Are

The Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP) is a business development initiative dedicated to supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners in the Shreveport-Bossier region and beyond. Through mentorship, education, networking, and access to resources, EAP helps founders build scalable, sustainable businesses.

The Site provides information about the EAP program, application processes, events, resources, and team members, intended for prospective applicants, current participants, mentors, partners, and the general public.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for the following purposes:

• Learning about the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and its offerings
• Submitting an application or inquiry to participate in the program
• Accessing educational resources, event information, and program updates
• Contacting our team to ask about mentorship, partnerships, or sponsorship opportunities
• Sharing content from the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes with proper attribution

This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Site's content; collect or harvest data for commercial purposes; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user found in violation of these prohibitions.

The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, curriculum materials, and software — are the exclusive property of the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of EAP. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use any trademark or service mark without the express written permission of the owner.

Limited License for Personal Use

You may download, print, or share individual pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and attribution notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site also integrates third-party services including:

Participation in the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program does not guarantee any particular business outcome, funding result, or commercial success. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the results of the program for any individual participant.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACCELERATOR PROGRAM, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, MENTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, mentors, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site in a manner not authorized by these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

We also reserve the right to:

• Update program offerings, eligibility requirements, or application processes
