Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and EAP. Each time you visit or use this site, you are accepting these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms does not work for you, the right move is to stop using the site — continuing to browse or submit forms signals your agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian before proceeding.
Who We Are
The Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP) is a business development initiative headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. Our mission is to support early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners in the Shreveport-Bossier region and beyond — connecting founders with mentors, resources, networks, and the practical know-how they need to build something real.
When we say "EAP," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms, we're referring to the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and everyone who operates it on our behalf.
Permitted Use
This site exists to tell you about EAP and help you engage with our program. You're welcome to use it for the following:
- Learning about what the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program does and who it's for
- Submitting an application or inquiry to participate in one of our cohorts
- Accessing event information, program updates, and educational resources we share
- Reaching out to our team about mentorship opportunities, partnerships, or sponsorships
Any use that goes beyond this — particularly commercial or competitive use of our content — requires our prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
We ask that you use this site responsibly. The following are off-limits:
- Breaking any applicable federal, state, or local law
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of EAP or anyone else
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or anything designed to interfere with the site
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the site using automated tools without our express written consent
- Sending spam or any unsolicited bulk communications through our contact forms or tools
- Impersonating EAP, our staff, or any other person or organization
We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these rules.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this website — the text, graphics, logos, layout, program names, and any original content — is owned by or licensed to the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program. It is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may share a link to our site or quote a short excerpt with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, republishing, or distributing substantial portions of our content without written permission is not allowed.
Third-Party Links & Tools
From time to time, our site may link to external websites — event registration platforms, partner organizations, resource directories, or other relevant resources. We link to these because we believe they are useful, but we do not own or control them. EAP takes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting external links is entirely at your own discretion.
We also use third-party tools to run and improve this site, including analytics services, tag management platforms, and advertising tools. See Section 7 for details on those.
Advertising & Tracking Technologies
We use a combination of industry-standard advertising and tracking tools to understand how people find us and to reach potential program participants through paid advertising. Here is what is running on our site:
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tag management system provided by Google LLC. It allows us to deploy and manage analytics and marketing tags on our site without modifying the site's code each time. GTM itself does not collect personal data — it is a container that fires other tags, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, based on rules we define.
Google Ads
We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads. When you arrive at our site after clicking a Google ad, Google places a cookie on your browser to help us measure whether that visit resulted in a meaningful action (such as completing a contact form). This information helps us understand which ad campaigns are working and allocate our budget responsibly. Google's ad data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. — on this site. The Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram by tracking actions visitors take after seeing our ads. It may also enable us to show EAP-related ads to people who have previously visited our site (a practice known as remarketing or retargeting). Data collected via the Meta Pixel is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Data & Privacy
How we handle the information you share with us — or that we collect when you visit — is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference, meaning agreeing to these Terms means you have also read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
We make a genuine effort to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is current or error-free at all times. If you spot something that looks off, please let us know at info@eapla.com.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EAP MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY — INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Participation in EAP's program does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue target, funding result, or commercial success. Results vary depending on the entrepreneur, the business, and the market.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EAP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MENTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE OR OUR PROGRAM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program and its officers, directors, employees, mentors, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — that arise out of or relate to your violation of these Terms or your use of this site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
